That’s pretty inspiring.
I agree, the plateau is a killer and another danger is indifference to the plateau. Sitting back and accepting the initial financial success. This is the highest risk ratio point for competition to creep in. There are always competitors watching and trying to calculate how you are operating and what is driving that success.
A successful growth plan is always essential and I like that yours balanced finance and ethos. Its too and times, books can help educate but there is no magic online calculator to help success, ultimately it comes down to:
1. the drive and determination of the company and its people
2. The environment of belief and desire for mutual success
3. As you said, ownership. Too many fail to grasp that ownership is everything. You have to really put it all in if you want to succeed.
