• The link to your website
• Your brand profile if you have one
• The specific font you use on your website (if the designers don’t have the same font in their repertoire, they will select the next closest font)
• The color reference IDs (if you don’t have this information, our designers can often pull the colors from your website so we can still try to make it work)

First, Link building is the process of acquiring hyperlinks from other websites to your own. It is an essential part of search engine optimization (SEO) and can help increase your website’s visibility and authority. We offer this in our own ecosystem with HOTH Link Outreach.

Infographics are highly shareable and are considered link-worthy content. By creating and promoting your infographic, you can attract backlinks from other websites, which can boost your website’s SEO.

Here’s how you can utilize your infographic for link building:

1. Receive a high-quality infographic from our team.

2. Embed the infographic onto your website by publishing the image on a dedicated page such as a blog.

3. Outreach to relevant websites: Identify websites, blogs, or online publications that cover topics related to your infographic. Reach out to them and offer your infographic as a resource that they can embed in their content.

4. Share on social media: Promote your infographic on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Encourage people to share and link back to your website from your infographic.

As mentioned above, here are additional tips to encourage sharing and linking of your infographics:

1. Make it easy for readers to share the infographic by providing social sharing buttons.

2. Reach out to relevant websites or blogs in your niche to feature your infographic.

4. Promote your infographic through email newsletters or press releases.

Absolutely! Optimizing infographics for search engines can significantly enhance their discoverability. You will want to ensure that the infographic has:

1. A descriptive file name

2. Incorporate relevant keywords in the image alt text

3. Provide a concise and keyword-rich caption or description.

4. Include an embed code to facilitate easy sharing of your infographics by others.

There are 2 stages where we will need your approval! You will need to approve the written content before we can  send it to the design team. 
You will also need to approve the final Infographic in order to  complete your order.

Unlimited! We will revise the written content until you are  happy with it. However, once your order has moved onto the  design stage, we cannot make changes to the written  content.

You get 3 rounds of revisions in the graphic design stage. The  revisions should specifically be in regards to the visuals/graphics  of the Infographic. We cannot revise the written content once  the order is in this stage of production. 
 
*After 3 rounds of revisions in the design stage – we will not be  able to make any further changes to your Infographic

As mentioned previously, we unfortunately cannot revise, edit, or  change the written content once the order is in the design stage.

Sorry, we can’t do that unfortunately. Once we’ve closed your  order out of our system we cannot re-open it. We’re so sorry for  the inconvenience! 

Our current Turnaround Time is 21 days. Once the order is  placed, you can expect it to take 7 days in the writing stage  and 14 days in the graphic design stage. 

We will send over the Infographic in the following file types

• PDF
• JPEG
• PNG

Unfortunately this is outside of our process. We will only send  over the Infographic in the file types listed above.
